LIFE CellTracker CM-DiI - Special Packaging
CellTracker CM-DiI 為 DiI 衍生物，在水中的溶解性比 DiI 要好一些，有利于制備懸浮細(xì)胞和固定細(xì)胞的染色溶液。 CellTracker CM-DiI 含有能與硫醇反應(yīng)的氯甲基基團(tuán)，使染料可以共價結(jié)合到細(xì)胞硫醇上。 這樣，與其它膜染料不同，一些細(xì)胞可在所有固定和滲透步驟中保持穩(wěn)定的標(biāo)記。 我們還提供 1 mg 瓶裝形式的 CellTracker CM-DiI(C-7001)。
