TMB Stop Solution is a ready-to-use, 1% HCl-based solution that slows and stops color development of TMB. TMB-based substrates turn yellow upon addition of TMB Stop Solution. The color change produces a two- to threefold amplification of signal. TMB Stop Solution is specifically designed for use with KPL's TMB Substrates (SureBlue™,SureBlue Reserve™, and TMB 2-Component).
